Cancel your contract

Here you can cancel your streamrunnr subscription — no login required. An ordinary cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid month. A good-cause cancellation requests immediate termination and is reviewed promptly. We confirm your declaration and receipt time immediately on this page and by email.

For the fastest automated route, sign in, open Settings → Billing, select “Manage billing”, and cancel in Paddle's customer portal. Paddle records the cancellation directly and shows the scheduled end date.

Alternatively, you can use the statutory cancellation form below at any time. No login is required, and your cancellation is just as valid.

We confirm receipt immediately. If your account and Paddle subscription can be matched unambiguously, an ordinary end-of-period cancellation is normally scheduled automatically. Exceptional cases may require additional technical matching or individual review; we will then send a separate final confirmation. This does not change the recorded receipt time of your declaration.

Desired end date (optional)

For an ordinary cancellation, the subscription normally ends at the end of the current paid month (or on a requested later date where possible). A requested immediate good-cause termination is assessed separately; scheduling ordinary cancellation as a precaution does not prejudice that request. Your library is kept for 30 days after the confirmed end.
