No. streamrunnr runs your stream on hosted infrastructure, independently of your computer. You can close your laptop or turn off your PC while the service keeps your configured stream running.

YouTube, Twitch, and any RTMP destination. If a platform accepts an RTMP stream key, streamrunnr can push to it — that covers most major platforms and custom media servers.

MP4, MOV, MKV, WebM, and M4V. Once you upload a file, streamrunnr automatically converts it into a clean, stream-ready format — so there's nothing technical for you to set up.

Yes. You choose how many when you build your plan — anything from 1 to 20 — and they all run simultaneously, each to its own platform or destination.

Yes, and they run at the same time — but each destination uses one of your streams rather than riding along on one. Point three streams at the same video, give each a different destination, and the same loop is live on YouTube, Twitch and any RTMP target simultaneously; that is a three-stream plan. It works this way because the video leaves our servers once per platform, so a second destination costs us almost exactly what a second stream does.

Yes. You can cancel at any time from your billing page. An ordinary cancellation normally ends the subscription at the end of the current paid month, and there is no further monthly charge.

Your library is kept for 30 days after your plan ends. Resubscribe within that window and everything is still there — nothing to re-upload. After 30 days, your videos are permanently deleted.

Cancellation stops future monthly charges but does not automatically refund the current paid month. Refunds remain available where mandatory law, a valid statutory withdrawal, defect rights, an unauthorized or duplicate charge, or Paddle's decision requires one. You'll find the full details in our Refund Policy. Consumers can review the statutory withdrawal information in our Terms of Service and submit a withdrawal through our online withdrawal form.

100 GB per stream, so the allowance grows with your plan — 300 GB on three streams, 2 TB on twenty. Only the processed video counts against it; we delete your original upload once processing finishes.

1080p or 4K, always at 60 fps. The resolution is what you pick when you build your plan; 60 fps is included either way, at every size.

Bandwidth. Your stream runs around the clock, so a 4K stream moves several times as much data every second as a 1080p one — and that data is our largest cost. The price follows the resolution for that reason and nothing else. 60 fps carries no surcharge at either resolution.

Yes. Enable loop on any playlist and streamrunnr cycles through your videos repeatedly until you stop the stream or change its configuration.

Yes. Set a date and time, and streamrunnr starts your stream on its own — even while you're offline. Scheduling is included on every plan.

streamrunnr monitors your stream continuously and automatically attempts to reconnect and resume if a connection issue occurs. If it can't recover on its own, it sends an alert so you can step in if needed.

You need the rights to everything you stream — either you created it yourself, or you have the rights or a license to use it.

Yes. The platform you stream to — YouTube, Twitch, or another — has its own rules, and your stream needs to follow them alongside ours. It's a good idea to check their guidelines before you go live.

You can stream any content you have the rights to, as long as it follows our guidelines. You'll find the full details of what's allowed in our Terms of Service.

Stream keys are encrypted at rest. Once saved, they are never shown in plain text again — not in the UI, not in logs. You can update or remove them at any time from your stream settings.
