Refund Policy

Last updated: July 21, 2026

This policy explains the difference between cancelling a streamrunnr subscription, exercising a statutory withdrawal right, and requesting a payment refund. It does not limit any mandatory consumer or warranty rights.

1. Seller and Payment Handling

Paddle is the Merchant of Record and seller for your purchase and processes charges, invoices, taxes and approved payment returns. The Paddle entity named in your checkout and receipt is authoritative. You can contact Paddle through paddle.net or the support link in your Paddle receipt. LL Platforms UG provides streamrunnr and can assess service, technical, cancellation, withdrawal and defect-related facts at support@streamrunnr.com. We coordinate any approved payment return with Paddle.

2. General Rule

Payments for a started and contractually provided subscription period are generally final and are not automatically refundable merely because the service was unused, a subscription was cancelled, or the buyer changed their mind after an applicable withdrawal period. This rule does not apply where mandatory law, a valid statutory withdrawal, non-conformity or defect rights, an unauthorised or duplicate charge, an express contractual promise, or Paddle's decision requires a refund, price reduction or other remedy.

Paddle's current Refund Policy and Buyer Terms also govern the purchase transaction. Nothing in this streamrunnr policy narrows rights granted there or by mandatory law.

3. Cancellation Is Not a Refund

An ordinary cancellation stops future renewal. It normally takes effect at the end of the current paid month, so access remains available until then and the current period is not automatically refunded. You can cancel through account settings, Paddle's customer portal or our no-login cancellation function at https://streamrunnr.com/cancel. Good-cause and mandatory termination rights remain unaffected.

4. Statutory Withdrawal and Defect Rights

Consumers may have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal as described in section 13 of the Terms. A declaration can be submitted at https://streamrunnr.com/withdraw without logging in. If immediate performance was expressly requested, a proportionate amount for service already supplied may be payable; the right expires upon complete performance only where all statutory conditions are satisfied. Statutory remedies for a defective or non-conforming digital service — including subsequent performance, price reduction, termination and damages where applicable — remain unaffected.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • For payment, duplicate-charge or Paddle transaction issues, use paddle.net or the support link in your Paddle receipt.
  • For a streamrunnr service defect or other product issue, email support@streamrunnr.com with the account email, Paddle transaction or subscription reference, date, amount and a concise explanation. Do not send full card details or passwords.
  • For a statutory withdrawal, use https://streamrunnr.com/withdraw or another unequivocal statement as described in the Terms.

We and Paddle may request information reasonably necessary to identify the purchase and assess the request. If a refund is due or approved, Paddle normally returns it to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on the payment method and financial institutions. Any refund may end the corresponding paid access where appropriate, without affecting data-retention and statutory-right provisions.
